Returns & Refunds
Start a ReturnWe have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase (located in your order confirmation email).
To start a return, please contact us via our Returns form.
Please include:
- Order number
- Email used at checkout
- Item(s) to return
- Reason for return
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return instructions and a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
